In-home GAPS lifestyle & kitchen mentoring.
Nurturing Health Through Wholefood.
I provide hands-on, in-home guidance for individuals looking to restore daily balance and improve their digestive wellness. I believe true health doesn't require endless supplements or complicated routines. My mission is to show you how to nurture your body using the simple, authentic power of real food—guiding you step-by-step through traditional food preparation right in your own kitchen.

How I Can Help You
Through in-home mentoring, I help you bring nutrient-dense, traditional food practices into everyday life. Together in your kitchen, we will break the GAPS protocol down into simple steps, guiding you through cooking techniques, hands-on food preparation (including meat stocks and fermented foods), and practical nutrition and lifestyle education. From reviewing your kitchen and pantry setup to offering food sourcing guidance, my aim is to help you put GAPS principles into practice while providing compassionate support for individuals, carers and families.
Is GAPS Support For You?
Making changes to your diet and lifestyle can feel overwhelming, especially when you are dealing with health challenges and unsure where to begin. You may know that whole foods are important but need guidance, practical support and help turning that knowledge into nourishing meals. My in-home support is designed for people who find cooking and meal preparation challenging, need guidance incorporating the Intro or Full GAPS protocol into their lifestyle, or would benefit from practical assistance and ongoing support.

What is GAPS?
The GAPS (Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome) protocol is a nutrition and lifestyle approach developed by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride. It centres on traditional food preparation, nutrient-dense whole foods and practical lifestyle principles. My role as a Certified GAPS Coach is to help you confidently implement these principles in your own home through hands-on guidance, food preparation and practical support.
